What's New in Version 3.6.0?
Moved the activation process to a cloud server for more reliable up time.

What's New in Version 3.3.42?
Accidentally left some test code in that caused the app to ask you to activate every time you started it.

What's New in Version 3.3.2?
If a scene card somehow gets moved completely off-screen, closing and reopening the project will now move it to the upper left corner of the board so you can move it back to its correct location.

What's New in Version 3.3.1?
Fixed error when pressing Backspace key in script section of scene when paragraph is empty.

What's New in Version 3.2.22?
Handle missing color code.

What's New in Version 3.2.21?
Misc format fixes.

What's New in Version 3.2.18?
With a character or location detail showing, going to Full Board View then Restoring, hides the X in the character view preventing you from returning to the list view.

What's New in Version 3.2.17?
Seems to be reporting a false positive regarding a virus. We have scanned the file multiple times and have been unable to detect a virus. We originally detected a virus during the download then replaced it with a new version. The new version did not report a virus. We changed the name of the "virus" infected version back to its original name and it no longer reported a virus. In any case, the brand new compile and package is here, just in case.

What's New in Version 3.2.13?
Fixed a problem with sorting the paragraphs in the script section of the Big Scene Card View that would cause the paragraphs to sort randomly under certain conditions.

What's New in Version 3.2.12?
Fixed a problem when printing Avery 3 x 5 cards with long scene descriptions.

What's New in Version 3.2.11?
Exporting a project to Final Draft then going into the Scene View in Final Draft was only displaying the first line of the scene description. The scene description has now been split into two parts when exporting. Everything before the first line feed will be exported as the scene title while anything after the first line feed will be exported as the scene summary.

What's New in Version 3.2.10?
Moving a scene card on the board then immediately switching to List View wasn't reflecting the new location of the scene card.

What's New in Version 3.2.9?
The Detailed Scene Cards report was not showing the color coding correctly.

What's New in Version 3.2.8?
Add character, location, etc. buttons not showing on toolbar when the Beats, Characters, etc. section was too narrow.

What's New in Version 3.2.7?
The Six Things that Need Fixing grid was not refreshing correctly when moving to another character.

What's New in Version 3.2.6?
The page numbers for each beat in the Beats grid were not consistent with the beat page numbers on the Board and the Litter Box.
The Litter Box page numbers were not refreshing when the main page count was changed.

What's New in Version 3.2.5?
Finally was able to duplicate and fix an error when typing the script for a scene and you reached the end of the alloted space on the "page".

What's New in Version 3.2.4?
Special thanks to another Save the Cat! screenwriter who provided step by step instructions as to how I could duplicate the problems listed in this version. Any of you who do report a problem, please follow his example and provide the steps that will allow me to recreate and experience the same problem. With that level of detail, I'm able to quickly find and solve the problem.
With a specific character or location selected and using the pointers to move to the next or previous character or location, the attachments grid wasn't always refreshing.
Opening a project file by double-clicking on the file or when opening a project file with another project file open and a specific character or location previously selected then moving to the previous or next character or location resulted in an error. When opened this way, the window elements were getting fully loaded before the data was filled.
Also, the Beats tab label was blank when opening a project file by double-clicking on the file or when opening a second project.

What's New in Version 3.2.3?
Thanks to a Save the Cat! screenwriter, I was able to fix an error that would occur when clicking the script tab in the Big Scene Card View.

What's New in Version 3.2.2?
I was finally able to track down a couple of hard-to-find problems and fix them.
An error when adding/removing an attachment for a character or location then using the pointer to move to the next or previous character or location.
When the general notes section was scrolled all the way to the right and the project window was in normal mode then you maximized the window, the corkboard and scroll bar were not refreshing correctly leaving a blank space at the right end of the corkboard.
Clicking in a text box such as the logline then moving the mouse out of the way was causing the box to lose focus. This had been an attempt to allow a mouse wheel to scroll an area like the board just by moving the mouse over it then using the wheel. This was causing the loss of focus. Now, to get the mouse wheel to scroll the board, for example, just click anywhere on the board then use the mouse wheel. That puts the focus there so the mouse knows what to scroll.

What's New in Version 3.2.1?
Tweaked the window layout routines to avoid possible errors when empty window is maximized then user clicks maximize. And, fixed an odd layout issue when project window maximized then maximize button clicked.

What's New in Version 3.1.27?
When typing the script for a scene in the Big Scene Card View and the paragraph was at the bottom of the window then wrapped to the next line, the paragraph wasn't scrolling up into view.

What's New in Version 3.1.26?
The more fun but non-standard File menus seem to have resulted in a lot of complaints. They have been replaced with standard File menus.

What's New in Version 3.1.25?
When a file is uploaded to the iPhone/iPad app, some old code was changing some settings for how the window on the desktop was set up. Then, when the file was returned to the desktop, an error occured when setting up the project window.

What's New in Version 3.1.24?
The previous fix didn't account for a grid cell that had no text in it. If the cell had no text, it was selecting the next cell rather than placing the cursor into the cell.

What's New in Version 3.1.23?
When clicking in a grid cell such as a beat to change the beat, the entire text in the cell was being selected. Then, if you typed any character, everything would get erased. This has been changed so the cursor will automatically be placed at the end of the text so the next character typed won't erase the text that is already there.

What's New in Version 3.1.22?
Opening project in Big Scene Card View wasn't sorting the scene cards first. This has been fixed.
Opening project in Big Scene Card View/Full Board View then resizing the window wasn't maintaining the correct layout. This has been fixed.

What's New in Version 3.1.21?
Attaching 16:9 photos overlapped with titles and descriptions in various reports. This has been fixed.

What's New in Version 3.1.19 (17,18 skipped)?
Board and notes corkboard not resizing correctly when used on large monitor. This has been fixed.
Board resizing menus not enabled after switching back to corkboard view from list view. This has been fixed.

What's New in Version 3.1.16?
You no longer have to use right-click and drag to drag and drop scene cards and attachments. Just drag and drop. If you're moving an attachment around on the corkboard, just move it. If you want to drag and drop it onto a character, do the same.
You can also drag and drop scene cards from the Big Scene View or the List View to the Litter Box and back again.

What's New in Version 3.1.15?
Error when trying to change a color in the color coding project preferences.
Scene card changes were not being refreshed when moved to the Litter Box.

What's New in Version 3.1.14?
Not saving serial number for iPhone retrieval.
Opening a file in Big Scene View then running Scene Card Report not including all scene cards.

What's New in Version 3.1.13?
The character needs section not changing font size to match when user changes main font size.
Resizing Beats Section to certain size causes layout error.

What's New in Version 3.1.12?
When opening a scene card in Big Scene View with 250 or more scene cards, an error would occur.

What's New in Version 3.1.11 (3.1.10 skipped)?
Certain character information such as gender was not being saved correctly when changing the interface layout such as showing or hiding the Litter Box.

What's New in Version 3.1.9?
Added hotkeys for adding Scene Cards, Characters, Locations, Setups, Payoffs, Toggling Sections, Full Views/Restore. See the menus for the exact hotkey. All of them use Ctrl-Alt plus a key.
After exporting a script to Final Draft, Save the Cat! will attempt to open the resulting file in Final Draft..
Error downloading from the iPhone queue if a scene's page number was 0..
Error moving to the previous character if the character name was left blank or was changed to a name that sorted to the first name in the list. Same for moving to the next character if the name was changed to a name that sorted to the end of the list..

What's New in Version 3.1.8?
Made some performance improvements when resizing a project window.
If you changed something in Big Scene View such as the description without pressing Enter or Return, then clicked on one of the small scene cards below to change cards, the changes made in the Big Scene View weren't getting saved..
Changes in certain fields then not pressing Enter or Tab, then using the Shut Er Down menu to close Save the Cat! would not get saved..

What's New in Version 3.1.7?
Error when leaving one of the Six Things That Need Fixing blank.
Notes changed in the Big Scene View not showing up in the scene card in Board View..

What's New in Version 3.1.6?
Added an option under Master Preferences to change the location for file backups.
Undo/Redo in text entry boxes had been accidentally disabled. It has been reenabled. And the Undo/Redo of deleting a Scene Card has been moved under the Screenplay menu.
Dragging and dropping a scene card from the Litter Box back to the Board while in Big Scene View resulted in extra scene cards being created on the Board. Only the physical representation of the card was being duplicated. The actual scene information was not being duplicated.
Scene cards in the Litter Box were sometimes not sorting in the correct order.
Dropping an attachment onto the Character Attachments list then using the pointers to move to the next or previous character resulted in an error. Same for dropping an attachment onto the Location Attachments list then using the pointers to move to the next or previous location.

What's New in Version 3.1.5?
Added instructions to the User Guide for converting files from Version 1 or 2.
The Advice Popup for genre when no genre selected was missing.
The first script part in the Script tab of the Big Scene View was not always anchoring to the top of the script page.
Downloading a file from the Cloud or naming a backup without typing the "stcsf" extension caused an error.

What's New in Version 3.1.4?
Adding a character or location and leaving the name blank or entering a name that resulted in the new character or location being first in the list, then clicking the Add a character/location button or clicking the pointer to move to the previous character/location caused an error. This has been fixed.

What's New in Version 3.1.3?
There was a mixup with Chapter 3 from Save the Cat! Strikes Back and only the first page was included. This version now includes the entire chapter for your reading and educational pleasure.
If you tried to import a Final Draft 8 script that didn't have the pages locked, you were presented with a rather ugly message. This has been replaced with a more polite message.

What's New in Version 3.1.2?
In a rare combination of factors, the Activate Via Email would cause an error. This has been fixed.

What's New in Version 3.1.1?
Everything!
